Energy Meter support for all machines

Our energy monitoring capabilities have been significantly enhanced. Previously limited to electrical panels, the energy meter now supports a full range of machine types, including auxiliary machines and production machines.

Productivity improvements

We've streamlined the user experience by merging the Operations dashboard directly into the Productivity app. This integration eliminates navigational complexity and provides a unified, intuitive interface for productivity tracking. Users can now access comprehensive operational insights through a single, cohesive dashboard, improving workflow efficiency and data interpretation.

Downtimes

Introducing a new Downtimes app that provides detailed insights into machine downtime events. This feature enables users to analyze downtime patterns and how they impact production efficiency.

Operations tracking

We've introduced a new Operations Tracking app that allows users to monitor machine operations. This feature provides visibility into all machine operations, including start and stop times, cycle times, and production counts.

Cycle Times Optimizer

By analyzing extensive machine data, this application can now predict optimal cycle times for each specific machine in order to provide more accurate KPIs.

Integrations errors

We've revamped our error visibility mechanism for third-party service integrations. Now, when external service connections encounter issues, detailed error messages and diagnostic information will be displayed in the Integrations section. This improvement allows users to quickly identify, understand, and troubleshoot integration challenges, reducing downtime and improving overall system reliability.

Infrastructure Scalability Improvements

Behind the scenes, we've implemented infrastructure upgrades that improve our system's scalability. These backend enhancements ensure an enhanced capability to handle increased computational demands.

Automatic ideal cycle time calculation

We are introducing a new feature that automatically calculates the ideal cycle time for each machine based on historical data. This feature is available in the Settings and provides a more accurate representation of the ideal time required to complete a cycle, taking into account the actual performance of the machine.

Unified Settings

Settings

We have unified the workspace settings, the user and organization settings into a single location. This change makes it easier to manage all settings in one place and ensures a consistent experience across the platform.

Revamped Reports

There is a new look and feel to the reports section, with improved navigation and a more intuitive layout. The reports have been redesigned to provide a better user experience and make it easier to access and analyze data.

The generation engine is now faster and more flexible, allowing for more complex reports to be generated in a shorter amount of time.

Bug Fixes and Improvements

As always, we have been working on fixing bugs and making improvements to the platform. This includes performance enhancements, reliability improvements, and bug fixes to ensure a smooth and seamless user experience.

Some of the key bug fixes and improvements include:

Payload compatibility can now be checked from Data Management.
CO2e information are now shown across all apps.
Shifts overlapping now are correctly handled.
SIM cards can now be activated and claimed without issues.

Quality Improvements

We are excited to introduce major performance and reliability enhancements to our platform, thanks to a series of architectural improvements we have been working on over the past few weeks.

Response times have been significantly reduced (in some cases by up to 80%), and previously sporadic data consistency issues have been resolved, ensuring accurate and reliable data processing at all times.

Our focus remains on delivering new features while ensuring every aspect of our platform meets the high standards you expect. We appreciate your patience and support as we build the foundation for these enhancements.

It is now possible to view the progress status when downloading one or more exports, with the option to interrupt the download at any time.

In some cases, data from various apps could be skewed by the presence of duplicate data sent by devices. Now these duplicates are correctly discarded. Furthermore, the management of KPIs in the Productivity app and work shifts has been completely rewritten to handle some edge cases that led to occasionally inconsistent data.

To reduce loading times, several technical changes have been made in managing machine statuses, which are now presented in an aggregated manner with a color scale that reflects their utilization rate. This makes it easier to understand how much a machine has worked, especially over long time intervals and for machines that frequently change status. Additionally, it is now possible to arbitrarily extend the time period for viewing, instead of being limited to just one day.

It's now easier to select custom time intervals, and new predefined intervals have been added.
