Introduction
The Settings section is the central place to configure how Zerynth works for your organization, your workspaces, and your users.
When you enter Settings, the main application navigation is replaced by a dedicated Settings sidebar, helping you focus on configuration tasks while keeping a clear separation from day-to-day operations.
Settings Structure Overview
Settings are organized into three main domains, each addressing a different level of configuration.
Workspace Settings
Workspace settings define how a specific workspace operates, from general preferences to production and energy configurations.
General Basic workspace preferences and defaults, including API keys generation for external integrations with the current workspace.
Base Configuration Core operational parameters used across the platform.
- Currency & Timezone: Define financial and temporal references.
- Work Shifts: Configure working schedules and shifts.
Energy Management Energy-related configurations used for monitoring and optimization.
- Time Slots & Costs: Define energy cost structures and time-based pricing.
Production Production and operational settings.
- Operations: Configure production operations and related parameters.
- Cycle Time Optimizer: A dedicated section to configure and manage cycle time optimization features.
Maintenance Maintenance-related configurations.
- Maintenance Plans: Define and manage maintenance strategies.
- Operators: Manage operators involved in maintenance activities.
User Settings
User settings apply to the currently authenticated user and control personal and security-related preferences.
Profile Manage personal information and user preferences.
Security Configure authentication, access security, and related options.
Organization Settings
Organization settings affect the entire organization and are typically accessible only to administrators.
Users Manage organization-level users and permissions.
Workspaces Create and manage workspaces within the organization.
