Zerynth Platform

Introduction

The Zerynth Industrial AI Copilot Platform is a full stack hardware-software IoT and AI platform designed to connect any industrial product or machinery and get visibility on the entire factory in a unified way.

The process begins with the selection of the most suitable device from the ZeroBox family, based on the type of machinery and the client’s IT infrastructure. Once installed, the device connects machines and equipment through wired channels (Ethernet, RS-485) or wireless channels (Wi-Fi), supporting standard industrial protocols.

The collected data is pre-processed locally using integrated Edge AI algorithms, enabling filtering and enrichment directly at the source. Subsequently, the data is securely transmitted to the Zerynth Core via Ethernet, Wi-Fi, or, when required, a 4G/LTE modem.

Within the Core, information is structured through the Common Data Model (ZCDM) and made available in real time through the Zerynth Platform. From there, users can monitor, analyze, and visualize KPIs and insights via intuitive dashboards, Manufacturing Intelligence Apps, and the Zero AI Copilot, which transforms data into actionable operational decisions.

Through the Zerynth Apps, it is possible to leverage Zerynth’s technology to:

• Determine current states of health of any industrial assets.
• Monitor the efficiency of a manufacturing process.
• See aggregated as well as punctual information about energy consumption and related costs of both single machinery as well as entire production line or areas.
• Inspect event logs and fault information and drill down into the details of each asset.

According to the specific package purchased, one or more Apps are enabled in order to allow end users to monitor real-time operating states and health of industrial assets, maximise the efficiency and the performance of manufacturing processes, analyse and optimize energy consumption and related costs, minimise downtime, and manage the maintenance status.
