SIM Cards

Overview

The SIM Cards tab lists the SIM cards linked to the current workspace.

Table contents

The table includes the following columns:

• ICCID - The SIM card identifier.
• Agent - The agent linked to the SIM card.
• Plan activation date - When the current SIM plan was activated.
• Plan expiration date - When the current SIM plan expires.
• Data usage - The consumed traffic compared with the available plan limit.
• Connectivity status - The current SIM status.

Depending on the SIM state, the status can show values such as:

• Active.
• Inactive.
• Suspended.
• Activation in progress.
• Deactivation in progress.
• Suspension in progress.
• Unknown.

Actions

Each SIM row can provide the following actions:

• Activate SIM card - Starts SIM activation.
• Deactivate SIM card - Starts SIM deactivation.
• Unclaim SIM card - Unclaims the SIM from the linked agent.

Availability of these actions depends on the current SIM state and whether the SIM is linked to an agent in the workspace.
