Overview

The Maintenance section is included in the base package of the Zerynth Platform and is integrated with the Machine Monitoring App. It allows users to track the health of machines, schedule interventions, and review maintenance history.

This section provides visibility into:

  • Current machine condition.
  • Upcoming interventions.
  • Full history of past maintenance activities.

For each machine, the following data is available:

  • Name → machine name assigned by the user.
  • Plan → type of maintenance plan (General, Hydraulic, Electromechanical).
  • Asset type → Production Machine, Auxiliary Machine, or Electrical Panel.
  • Maintenance Condition (%) → indicates proximity to maintenance need:
    • Periodic condition → based on days since last intervention vs. planned interval.
    • Working hours condition → based on hours worked since last intervention vs. target.
    • The final value is the minimum of the two.
    • Values may exceed 100% if targets are overdue.
  • Working hours → total hours worked since the last intervention vs. target.
  • Next maintenance → calculated from the defined interval. Overdue values are displayed in red with negative days (e.g. -40 Days).
  • Last maintenance → date of the most recent intervention.

Note: If a machine does not appear in this section, no targets have been configured in Settings > Maintenance.

Filters

Filters allow you to view assets by:

  • Asset type.
  • Maintenance condition (e.g. close to target, overdue).
