Time Slots & Costs
Configure energy time slots and associated costs for the current workspace.
Time Slots & Costs
The Time Slots & Costs section allows you to define time-based energy cost configurations for the current workspace.
These configurations are used to:
- Associate energy costs with specific time ranges
- Enable accurate cost calculations
- Support energy analysis and optimization features
Each time slot defines a cost applied during a specific schedule.
Time Slots Overview
The main page displays a table listing all configured time slots.

The table includes:
- Name – Identifier of the time slot
- Cost – Cost associated with the time range
- Time – Configured time interval
- Active days – Days on which the time slot applies
- Duration – Total duration of the time range
- Actions – Edit and Delete buttons
From this page you can:
- Create a new time slot
- Edit an existing one
- Delete a configuration
Create / Edit Time Slot
The Create and Edit forms share the same structure.
When editing, the form is pre-filled with the selected configuration.

Name
A text input used to identify the time slot.
Examples:
- Peak Hours
- Off-Peak
- Weekend Tariff
Cost
A numeric input used to define the energy cost applied during the selected time range.
- The value uses the workspace currency.
- It represents the cost applied within the configured schedule.
Ensure the cost aligns with your energy contract or pricing model.
Scheduling
The scheduling section is identical to the one used for Work Shifts, allowing flexible weekly configuration.
It consists of:
- A Quick Apply section for bulk configuration
- Individual day controls for granular adjustments
Quick Apply
Use Quick Apply to:
- Set a time range (From / To)
- Mark as All day
- Apply the configuration to:
- Weekdays
- Weekend
- Every day
- Clear the selection
This is useful when the same tariff applies to multiple days.
Day-by-Day Configuration
Each day of the week can be configured independently:
- Enable or disable the day
- Set start and end time
- Mark the slot as All day
If a day is disabled, the cost does not apply on that day.
Best Practices
- Ensure the workspace currency is correctly configured before defining costs.
- Avoid overlapping time slots unless your pricing model explicitly requires it.
- Keep naming conventions consistent across workspaces.
- Review configurations periodically to reflect updated energy contracts.
